3. Accounts and Registration
To use certain features of CashScope, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

- All activity that occurs under your account

You may not create multiple accounts, share your account, or use another person's account without permission.

- Your responsibility: You are solely responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for verifying AI-generated insights with qualified professionals
- AI limitations: AI-generated narratives and insights are for informational purposes only and may contain errors or omissions
- No guarantees: We do not guarantee that financial projections or forecasts will be accurate
6. Subscription and Payments
CashScope offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing:
- You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period

7. Intellectual Property
CashScope and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CashScope and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our Service without written permission.
You retain ownership of all financial data you input into CashScope. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CASHSCOPE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CashScope and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or other conduct we deem harmful to the Service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the Service. Continued use of CashScope after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of CashScope shall be resolved in the courts of Alabama.
